Important Note

Our village hall is located in the peaceful village of Kettlesing and because of the tranquil setting the hirer must be made aware that excessive noise, either from the music or from the guests attending the hall cannot be allowed. The licence does not permit drinks to be taken outside after 10pm. No fireworks or Chinese lanterns are permitted because of the rural location.

Booking Form

On sending or signing this booking form you are agreeing to abide by the conditions set out in the Terms & Conditions. We ask all guests to please respect the neighbouring homes whilst using this facility. The committee will have the right to put a stop to any function which does not comply with the rules so please make sure that you fully understand this ruling before making a booking as you may find that our hall may not be the right location for you.

Payment

There is a £200 security deposit which will be returned after a satisfactory inspection in case of damage, extra cleaning costs or failure to return the keys.
